Orange Bowl Launches Tag-A-Teacher Program presented by KIDZ Medical
Teacher recognition initiative in partnership with the College Football Playoff Foundation
MIAMI LAKES, Fla. (November 5, 2024) – The Orange Bowl Tag-A-Teacher Program presented by KIDZ Medical Services, in partnership with the College Football Playoff Foundation, is currently underway. The social media campaign celebrates South Florida’s outstanding educators and is dedicated to recognizing and rewarding teachers who make a significant impact on their students’ lives.
This ongoing campaign will award 10 educators with $500 Donors Choose gift cards throughout the school year to help them make classroom improvements and fund special school projects.
Teachers can be nominated on Orange Bowl’s various social media platforms:
- Twitter/X: Follow @OrangeBowlCares, retweet the post, and respond by tagging your favorite educator.
- Instagram: Follow @OrangeBowlCares, like the post, and tag a South Florida teacher in the comments.
- LinkedIn: Follow the Orange Bowl Committee, repost the announcement, and tag a South Florida teacher in the comments.
Winners of the social media program will be selected at random from the pool of nominations. To be eligible, nominated teachers must be employed by public or private schools in the South Florida area.
As part of the Orange Bowl Tag-A-Teacher Program presented by KIDZ Medical, surprise presentations will be made at the winning teachers’ schools. Representatives from the Orange Bowl will visit each school to personally deliver the $500 gift card and celebrate the teacher’s dedication and achievements.
